Thierry Sibioude, the son of a winegrower. After some experience on the sales side of the wine trade, he set up as a winegrower in the hamlet of Gasparets, part of the municipality of Boutenac, in 1993. With more than 20 hectares in the terroir of Boutenac, he grows Merlot, Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan.

He's a young and dynamic president at the helm of a determined board of administrators: their ambition is to further increase the cooperative's professionalism and to go on modernising their facilities in the interests of each and every one, now and in the future.

Alain Cros, whose father and grandfather were winegrowers before him and who has been devoted to the service of the cooperative for the past 28 years. He more than fulfils his post of director: aided by a consultant oenologist and shouldered by the cellar staff, his passion for his job has led him to create some excellent cuvees. But his passion doesn't stop there - he's also a winegrower in his spare time. Just as others practise sport or travel, Alain Cros finds pleasure and relaxation by working on his family vineyard.
It should come as no surprise that those who know him talk of him in these terms: "A wine may sometimes resemble the winegrower, but it's much rarer to find a wine that resembles the cellar master of a wine cooperative." It's simply that this strong-minded, staunch and generous man tends to the cooperative as he would to his own estate.

Christophe Groppi, a farmer's son. After sailing through his studies of international trade, obtaining a diploma in oenology and gathering work experience in various posts, Christophe joined our team where he is pursuing work already begun, notably on parcel selection, traceability and winemaking techniques.
