Tasting notes
Appearance: deep, brilliant colour with cherry tints turning to orange.
Bouquet: intense and elegant nose initially of violets, roses and white blossom subsequently joined by fine ripe fruit, liquorice and spicy aromas. Very long finish.
Palate: perfect front of palate, supple and powerful at the same time. The tannins are silky, the palate perfectly balanced and rounded. The aromas are perceptible from beginning to end, starting with violets and ending with definite notes of slightly spicy stewed fruits and liquorice.
